How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 7 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make changes.


I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide 🌍

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • France / Europe: 3–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note that customs delays are outside of our control.

Are your products official LEGO® items?

No. Our products are custom-made accessories designed to be compatible with LEGO® minifigures.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by The LEGO Group.


What materials are your pauldrons made from?

Our pauldrons are professionally 3D printed using high-quality resin to ensure durability, detail, and a clean finish.
Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping.


Are your items hand-painted?

Yes, our products are hand-painted and sealed.


Do the pauldrons come with minifigures?

Unless explicitly stated, minifigures are not included.


Are your pauldrons fragile?

Our accessories are durable but remain detailed custom pieces.
We recommend handling them with care and avoiding excessive force when placing or removing them.

Do you accept custom commissions?

Yes, we occasionally accept commissions depending on our current workload.

Restocks and drops takes place every Friday at 5PM CET and are announced on:

  • Our newsletter

Some designs may be limited and not guaranteed to return.


📦 Returns & Issues

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and provide a replacement if necessary.
